This is a land-buying Sacco in Kenya registered under the Co-operative Societies Act 1997 laws of Kenya.

The Sacco has different products including Asset financing that applies if one wishes to acquire a home, buy a plot, do business, etc.

Requirements to become a member;

  • Complete membership application form
  • Copy of national ID
  • 2 passport-size photographs
  • Copy of the KRA certificate. (PIN)

Kenya Police Sacco Investment

This Sacco is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kenya Police Sacco and it was registered on 12th May 2014. The objective is to mobilize resources to enable members to venture into the real estate market i.e. land buying, house ownership, etc.

It is located on Mezzanine 2 of the Kenya Police Sacco Plaza in Ngara, Nairobi.

The Kenya Police Sacco branches in Eldoret, Mombasa, Kisii, Nyeri, and Meru also offer assistance.
